These are the only folks I've trusted my Volkswagen within the last three years or so - my roommate has brought her Honda there for six years. They are honest, reliable, and the only people I feel comfortable trusting my car with. Best auto repair in Gainsville.I had my spark plugs replaced.I had called the day before and was given an estimate. When I arrived the parts were there, the work was performed in the time period they had specified and the work was completed for less than their estimate.They were recommended to me by a man that has raced cars for over 40 years and they maintain his vehicles. I am completely satisfied and will use Ahrens Auto Service for all my automotive repairs.

My wife went here to get an oil change, and they offered to rotate our tires. When I get home and check the car, the tire air-pressure warning was on. Earlier that day, the warning light was not on. The PSI prior to that visit was ~33, after that visit it mysteriously dropped to less than 20 PSI! Nice scheme they have there, let the air out so they blow on the highway and we have to buy new ones. Someone could have gotten hurt or died. Don't ever go to this location, staff is inexperienced and sabotaged our tires. They couldn't even figure out how to reset the maintenance timer on our car. If you've gone here recently, be sure to check your car out!

I can't say enough good things about Alan at Rogers Tire & Repair. We had a run-in with construction debris that blew out two tires on our new car when we were passing through Alachua. Alan worked some magic and found the (odd size) tires we needed in another city and was able to get us on our way the next day. He kept in touch with us to let us know how things were going the whole time we were there. He even called to make sure the tires were performing to our satisfaction and that we had gotten home safely. Amazing customer service from great mechanics and really good, honest people! Thanks Alan and crew!!

I sent my son up there today to get his tires checked for a long road trip. They were very helpful and there was no charge. I also get my oil change there. And they never charge me for anything. I didn’t need. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.
