I was lied to by a main dealer. They said I needed an expensive repair. These guys were honest. Told me it wasn't necessary. For that I will always be grateful, so they won my business, long term.

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

Blvd Customs team installed a system on my 2010 F150. It was the cleanest install I have seen, everyone that sees it loves it. I just want to thank them for great customer service. I will definitely refer them to friends! The install included Remote start alarm system, LEDs inside and out, 3 DVD players, 2 12" subs in a custom box, Mids and highs, and Ipod hook ups!!!!

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair.
