I want second opinion, and repair or used replacement

Excellent care. Service performed on time as scheduled.

First they forgot the two appointments I had made. One on a Sunday they forgot, then the Monday lunchtime for an oil change. After two apologies they did the oil change and filter on Tuesday. They kept stressing how I required, "a full car checkup for only $25". I declined. I drove home and checked the oil. A good portion of it was over the engine, as they had not screwed the oil filler cap down enough. 2 days later I went back and told them and also mentioned that the transmission was shifting erratically and they stressed how important a full car checkup would be at this point and how they could do a full service on the transmission, although I had had NO problems till this point. I went elsewhere and the vacuum hose leading to the shifter actuator on the side of the transmission had been removed and neatly coiled up on the side of the engine. I thought about going in swinging to the mental midget who runs the place, but realised it would not do anything. These jokers should not be allowed to be in business. Please avoid them at all costs.

I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. Very good service, never had a problem with any mechanic, professionally run and operated. Have been going here for a long time and they have always been honest with me on everything. They have a great staff, and take care of business in a fast, efficient method.

They filled my transmission with 4 additional quarts. Left my power steering cap off. I've had 1200 dollars so far worth of damage done to my car. Corporate says they check all fluids while the sunrise location says they do not. Aka they are taking no accountability. These people are terrible. Have not heard back from corporate or johnathan from the ftl location.

This Midas location is less than 5 minutes from my house so I always use them. Not just for the convienience, but for the guys that run it, and the excellent service they provide. They remember my name, my car, and my wife. One day I dropped my car off to be serviced and was waiting for my wife to get out of work to pick me up. One of the mechanics shift was over so he offered to run me up the street to my house. They remember what service you got last time you were in and ask you how its been working out for you. They are very honest and straight forward. If you need something done you didn't know about they will let you know and give you an estimate, as well as a timeline for which you should have it done. These guys are very nice and they work fast. Midas is not the little oil change chain I thought it was. Its an actual garage, with many services available for a great value.
