TODAY ON JAN 11 2021 I WENT TO RONS FOR A CATALYCTIC CONVERTER RELACEMENT AND HE WAS DONE IN LIKE 90 MINUTES. I READ REVIEWS OF HOW GREAT A GUY HE WAS AND HIS MORE THAN FAIR PRICES AND IT WAS ALL TRUE. AFTER GETTING QUOTES OF 300 320 AND ALIKE I CALLED RON AND HE DID ME MORE FAIR THAN ALL OF THEM BY QUITE A BIT.PLUS HE DISCOVERED ANOTHER ISSUE WITH MY IGNITION COIL PACK AND HAD THE CODE READ FOR WHICH CYLINDER AND EVEN TIPPED ME ON HOW TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE RIGHT CYLINDER.AFTER ALL THAT HE POINTED ME IN THE DIRECTION OF WHERE TO GET THE IGNITION COIL PUT IN AND THAT GUY DID IT IN LIKE 5 MINUTES LITERALLY. NOW MY CAR DOES NOT SKIP,HESITATE OR ROUGH IDLE ANYMORE. I CAN ACTUALLY FEEL THE INCREASE IN POWER AND BETTER GAS MILEAGE. RON IS YOUR EXHAUST GUY,LOOK NO FURTHER. THANKS RON. Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right.
