This place was very professional. It appears to be a family business. I got the Air Spring replaced on my mercedes benz GL450. I asked for an area to sit in and they generously asked me to use their office, even offered the secure WIFI without my asking. The service was very fast. The most important thing was the work was done right. The owner's son asked me whether I wanted to test drive first with him in the car to make sure I was satisfied so that was very reassuring. They also did a little extra by fixing a slow leak in one of the tires. They didn't even charge for it. So in my opinion 5 out of 5 and beyond. Very satisfied. Will return. And will recommend.

I took my car to 3 shops and my estimates for getting my a/c to work were $900.00 to $ 1300.00. and 2 days . I took it to ZIM expecting them to diagnose the problem and give me a price and when they came in to the waiting room 1/2 hour later my a/c was fixed and they charged me $37.50 and treated me like I was there best customer. I don't post many comments about places but do yourself a huge favor next time your car has a problem and go here first !! You wont be sorry and your pocket book will not be empty !! They may charge you for parts that they are not even installing in your vehicle. They have to consider major overhead and believe me after the strories I have heard 50% of past customers have come to us after getting a price and find ourt we can do the job for half the price and offer a longer guarantee. best sales experience ever in 10 years purchasing an automobile from a salesperson name Nobel Cabreja make my experience the most pleasant ever. Quick and smooth process not lies everything was honest......

worst body shop, thieves. It took them 2 months for fix my car and when i got it back they thought that if they fixed the bumper, not all of it had to be fix. on the driver said by the wheel they intentionally didnt that new piece there. now i cant drive to the corner without my tire reeking up a storm. when i went back there to claim what i thought was a mistake they made, the man that gave me the estimate says that wasnt part of the accident(lies, if you had to fix the whole bumper, everything that goes with it should be fixed) while on the other hand the lady owner lies to my face and tells me they tried to include it to the estimate but the insurance didnt allow it.
