They replaced the windshield glass on my Mercedes and did a very poor job. There is a wind noise and the molding does not fit. I had an independent dealer inspect my car and they provided me with documentation that there are are obvious faults in the installation of the glass and molding. Despite 3rd party documentation of their faulty work, Bobbi, the manager refuse to fix the problem. They send one man out to do the work of what should be a 2-man job and the glass does not sit right. My beautiful car is now left with a persistent with noise after their poor repair job. A very untrustworthy company. With hundreds of glass companies out there I can’t imagine they would last long providing such derelict in quality service.

It did not, and when I stated to owner and son I wasn't satisfied with job provide. Owner said Oh well. You should have ask for 5%. I paid $120.00 never again. Customer satisfaction produce repeat customer and new customers.

I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. They were pretty quick with my car, and even gave me a ride home. Diana Spirelli
