Basic Rider Training Class

If you are learning to ride for the first time - this is absolutely not the place for you. While their website claims that their basic course is, "geared to the student who has never been on a motorcycle," this is far from the truth. If you truly have never ridden before you will be asked to leave after the first half of day 1, with promises of one-on-one classes during the week, and that you will be added into the next class. This will NEVER happen, as you are now considered a “non-paying student.” After that, you will spend days begging Connie Policastro and the owner, Joel Hodges, to add you into another class (begging for THEM to keep THEIR promises and not just take your money). You will be asked to pay out of pocket for the “one-on-one classes,” after paying your course fee and receiving no course. If you speak with Connie, you will be given the "let me get back to you," response or no response at all, time and time again. If you are unfortunate enough to speak directly with Joel, you will be berated, lied to, belittled, and left feeling cheated and victimized. This is absolutely not the way to run an honest business and unfortunately, I had to learn this lesson the hard way. I truly wish I had checked with the BBB first.
