Tonight went there again, 2 people behind the counter, 10 people in line! a customer who was not in line decides she wanted a lottery ticket, she asks someone for a 1 dollar, the person gave it to her, the man behind the counter points to the line. the lady stood at the counter until the man waited on her. I told the guy she should have waited like everyone else. the man said its only a dollar. that is not my point sir! she should have been made get in line like everyone Else! They fixed it and charged close to the estimated amount. Don called me and told me the car was ready to pickup and mentioned that the mechanic looked everything over and noticed a small oil leak that they could investigate. I told him not to worry about it and that I would pay for the work they had done. I had to pay over the phone with a credit card because I live in Miami. Don was not happy because he said they charge them more for a transaction over the phone but there was no other option so he did it. Don called my son 20 minutes later to tell him that there was power steering fluid leaking now. My son didn't authorized the work and told me so I called Don. I asked him how could it be leaking now if the car was already checked and ready to pick up. He said that it happened after when the mechanic test drove the car. I asked why he would test drive it after if it was ready to pick up. I then told him to leave it alone. When my son arrived to pickup the car the power steering reservoir was empty. I had already told him to bring some to put in suspecting that it would be. The fluid was GUSHING OUT!!!!! I called and spoke with Don - he put the mechanic on that tried to tell me that it started leaking after I had paid and that the car was still up on the rack. This was obviously a lie because Don had told me it had been test driven. Their stories didn't match. In addition, the high pressure hose on the power steering was replaced last year and everything was checked. They are scammers!! Thank God I paid with a credit card. I am disputing there charge until they agree to fix what they broke. I will update this post if they do anything to fix the problem. Be very cautious if you take your car there!!!
