Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. When my local discount auto parts store was unable to install their replacement battery in my 2012 Focus, when I asked for a recommendation. Without hesitation they recommended Brothers, touting their honesty, fairness and comoetency. Such a reasonable charge and quick service, I honestly gave them a tip! Just week's later, faced with the 2009Ford Flex AC not working and bizarre behavior before a trip to see family. I was able to find a 3rd party part I suspected was the likely culprit. Ford would have marked it up and it likely would have cost me 2 to 3 times as much. I got the part overnight and to Brothers by noon. By closing time it was fixed and ready for pick up. Read the reviews on Google, I just did. And liked most of them. Any less than stellar review was rare and in my opinion unwarranted. Brothers is aptly named. Although they could easily be called Friends or Family, as it was a joy meeting 3 generations of family. Owner. Son and 6 year okd grandson., I found out just before leaving.

My daughter's truck broke down while at USF and Robert from RJL repaired it quickly for very reasonable cost. I live a few hours from Tampa, so I called him after finding his shop on this website. He even offered to tow her truck if it couldn't make it to the shop. He was honest and only repaired what was broke and did not try to con her into anything more. Thanks Robert, I'll refer all the USF parents I know to your shop from now on.

9/9/17. My daughter trying to decide to leave Tampa got some bad gas and is broke down. I called from Pensacola Fl. and Pernell answered and said he would go see what he can do. I pray for him and my daughter. Time is running out. I wait to hear from him. I pray he can get her car running.

I’m a property manager for 22+ years and unfortunately a tenant broke a window during a move out. Based on the good online reviews of Glass Doctor of Tampa, I unfortunately hired this horrible rip off company to repair the window. They charged me half of the repair upfront of $150 prior to looking at the job (I provided a photo as requested). The quote was based on replacing a 30x36 window. The technician failed to show as scheduled that morning with no phone call to advise and then another technician was sent out after 4:30 same day and used a lockbox for entry. The incompetent technician replaced an 8x8 section of glass only and used duct tape and lots of glue to secure the window which I followed up on the job next day. I reached out to management who refused to take responsibility and offered a $20 credit and to go back and clean up. Needless to say, they got paid via their free access to my credit card and refuse to charge me only for the job they actually did poorly and not what they quoted upfront. Lesson learned - I do not recommend anyone retaining this rip off company for garbage work!!! I WILL NEVER USE OF REFER GLASS DOCTOR OF TAMPA.....

As a as a former Marine honoring integrity is what us boys stand for! Without being said the two business owners and son are not in this for the money they're in this to help people that's who they are they all have honor and integrity. Pep Boys gave me an estimate to fix the front end in the same manner that one stop gave me an estimate for, Pep Boys estimate 738 dollars one stops estimate 166 dollars. Just to let you know I'm a mechanic and I used to own the shop before I became disabled, I also live in Land O Lakes and I won't bring my car anywhere else and Land O'Lakes is about 30 miles away
