I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

This is a great place for repairs. The "dealership" we went to could not fix our vehicle. Bob and his crew got it right the first time at way less $$$.

I bought a car and it broke down with in the first couple of days. I took it back to them and they did have it fixed. A very short time later it broke down again. I took it back to them. This time they made me pay half. I got it back again. It broke down again. I took it back to them and this time they wanted me to pay the full amount of the cost that was over $500.00. Each time the care broke down it was a major repair. They lied to the BBB and said that they paid for the repairs 3 times,they lent me another car while mine was being repaired, and if I keep my mouth shut that they will think about not hurting my credit rating by turning it in.. One lie after the next with them. Do not trust them.

Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service.
