My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. Thank you Rey and Jack for being in business and being able to help me with my cars! I highly recommend them and will refer anyone to them.

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. there aren't many qualified Porsche repair centers in Miami and this is the best that I have found. I had my car serviced three times from another shop for the same problem - I brought it to German and in the first visit they fixed what the other shop couldn't. The service manager gives you his cell phone and is available at all times. They came in under budget.

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.
