I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. I was very impressed with this shop. Upon scheduling an appointment to have my vehicle repaired, Frank had already pulled my claim number and had obtained the necessary information. He immediately ordered the parts and began working on my car. What was supposed to be a 3 week repair turned into less than 1 week. Frank even stayed until 7pm to make sure the job was done right. Again, these guys work hard and pride themselves on producing quality work. Highly recommended!

This place is a scam, stay away. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would bet money they are unlicensed. They will take your money and not preform the service!
