The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. My car had recently gotten into an accident where I had taken it to High tech Automotive, normally every car shop just looks for more and more problems to take as much money as possible, but the mechanic and guys in the office were spectacular. Thru out the whole process they were very caring and now my car drives better then it did before.

If I could rate "0" stars I would have. First of all, I brought in my car b/c of my engine was running poorly. They charged me over $500.00 and told me everything was fine. 3 days later, the car almost died on the side of the road. I brought it back and they told me it was something else. Now they want to charge me another couple hundred dollars which they should have found the problem the first place. Just a shady and untrustworthy establishment.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and sadly this is my last time coming. The staff is great, super friendly and attentive. The owner on the other hand, is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat long time customers. Spoke to me aggressively on the phone and even hung up on my face when explaining an issue I was having after visiting the body shop for an oil change. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

This place was very professional. It appears to be a family business. I got the Air Spring replaced on my mercedes benz GL450. I asked for an area to sit in and they generously asked me to use their office, even offered the secure WIFI without my asking. The service was very fast. The most important thing was the work was done right. The owner's son asked me whether I wanted to test drive first with him in the car to make sure I was satisfied so that was very reassuring. They also did a little extra by fixing a slow leak in one of the tires. They didn't even charge for it. So in my opinion 5 out of 5 and beyond. Very satisfied. Will return. And will recommend.
