My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. Thank you Rey and Jack for being in business and being able to help me with my cars! I highly recommend them and will refer anyone to them.

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. i contacted this company on a whim,because i didn't have time to take my car to the dealership, but this guys gave me a price on tires $65 dollars cheaper than the dealer price per tire, and the great part about it they came out to my job and installed them on the spot. would recommend their service to anyone.

Lost $1400 due to their faulty AC repair. They did diagnostics, recommended replacement of the compressor. Quoted me verbally (even though I asked for a written estimate). I paid the $1400, take it home, and the AC is not working. I take it back and their saying there's something new. When I asked what it would cost to finish the job, they say "expensive." On top of that Ms. King was so obnoxious about taking my money and failing to complete the work properly. BUYER BEWARE!

This place was very professional. It appears to be a family business. I got the Air Spring replaced on my mercedes benz GL450. I asked for an area to sit in and they generously asked me to use their office, even offered the secure WIFI without my asking. The service was very fast. The most important thing was the work was done right. The owner's son asked me whether I wanted to test drive first with him in the car to make sure I was satisfied so that was very reassuring. They also did a little extra by fixing a slow leak in one of the tires. They didn't even charge for it. So in my opinion 5 out of 5 and beyond. Very satisfied. Will return. And will recommend.

The best, really. Santiago service is first class very fast and efficient and professional. He really takes care of his customers. His pricing is very competitive compared to dealers and there's no comparison in the level of service and the speed.

there aren't many qualified Porsche repair centers in Miami and this is the best that I have found. I had my car serviced three times from another shop for the same problem - I brought it to German and in the first visit they fixed what the other shop couldn't. The service manager gives you his cell phone and is available at all times. They came in under budget.
