I recently had a battery delivered to my home 8/2015.This company was recommended to me by a very trustworthy person. I have used this company in the past twice. However me nor my family and friends will be using this company again. The owner of the company and the employees he has answering the phones information do not match. The owner made the issue right but his employees that answer the phones where extremely unprofessional and lied to me to cover up what had transpired. I called on a Friday, on or about 5:30pm when my car battery originally died. No one answered and the answering machine said their hours are from 7:30am to 6:00pm.So I decided to call back at least to ask some questions. A woman answered and told me they were closed and the answering machine was incorrect. I asked if they still do deliveries, she said yes and that they open at 8:00am and it was $25 to come out and install. I asked if they take credit cards she said yes he would just call it in. I called 8:09am the next Saturday morning. No one answered so I called back. A woman answered and said that no one was there yet for me to call back a little later. I called back later and again got the run around. I called the person that referred me to them. She called and the owner called me from his cell phone. He took my make and model, the year and told me he would be there in a while and will call me with a price. He also mentioned that it would be cheaper if I came out because it was an extra $25 for him to come out. I told him I would pay because I had no other way to get a battery at this point. I asked again if they will take my card he said yes and he only had one other worker this day. No one called me back. So I called and called and called. I ended up getting a hold of another woman. By this time I was frustrated and I told the woman this was bad business. I told her I have been very patient and respectful (mainly because of the person that referred me to them) and I needed to go to the grocery store because I had a hungry child at home. I told her they close in an hour and a half and I was the first customer to call that morning. She said this is a business I apologize and I will call the supervisor again. I stood outside and as some time went by I saw a marked truck pull into my apartment complex and blow the horn. I later found out that he did not have his cell phone on him so in reality if I wasn't standing outside I may have missed him as in the owner. He got out of the truck and told me he was sorry that he just got out of the hospital. Because I was so frustrated at this point he could tell my sympathy was not where it should have been. He placed in the battery and wrote up the ticket. Up until this point I still was never told a price when I asked on one of the previous phone calls I was told the supervisor will give me a price. He wrote the ticket for $124 I paid it and went to the grocery store. Also too he didn't have his phone so he wrote my credit card number on the receipt which I felt extremely uneasy about. I asked if my credit card number would be scratched out back at his office he said yes ma'am we don't do those types of things. The next day I noticed the ticket was written for $94 for the battery and $30 to come out and install I assumed. This made me angry because after all the run around I was seemingly charged extra.I also assumed that when he took my old battery I was never compensated for it so I accused them of stealing from me in which I later found out I was wrong about just that. I called and left a message and I also emailed the company. I called twice the next day now Monday no answer. I was then called back by the owner on his cell phone again. I asked about my concerns. He explained that the extra fees were taxes and a $2 credit card charge which I was never told about the credit card charge when I asked twice if they take it. He said you know what I will give you the managers special and I will give you $10 out my own pocket if you feel like that. I said ok I will be there Saturday. Add't emails were exchanged. The woman responding to the emails was so unprofessional that I let my friend/there customer read them and she decided she will not use them any longer.

I had taken my car to the dealer and they told me I needed about $2,000 work on my Mercedes. I took the car to Euro Auto Performance after a friend recommended them. I am so happy that I did. I needed something completely different that was less than half of what was told to me. I am a single woman and I really appreciate the honesty of Euro Auto Performance. Thanks, Sotos and Diane.

there aren't many qualified Porsche repair centers in Miami and this is the best that I have found. I had my car serviced three times from another shop for the same problem - I brought it to German and in the first visit they fixed what the other shop couldn't. The service manager gives you his cell phone and is available at all times. They came in under budget.

First they forgot the two appointments I had made. One on a Sunday they forgot, then the Monday lunchtime for an oil change. After two apologies they did the oil change and filter on Tuesday. They kept stressing how I required, "a full car checkup for only $25". I declined. I drove home and checked the oil. A good portion of it was over the engine, as they had not screwed the oil filler cap down enough. 2 days later I went back and told them and also mentioned that the transmission was shifting erratically and they stressed how important a full car checkup would be at this point and how they could do a full service on the transmission, although I had had NO problems till this point. I went elsewhere and the vacuum hose leading to the shifter actuator on the side of the transmission had been removed and neatly coiled up on the side of the engine. I thought about going in swinging to the mental midget who runs the place, but realised it would not do anything. These jokers should not be allowed to be in business. Please avoid them at all costs.

I found Japanese Auto Care on Angie's List and went to them because of the great reviews, and of course because my sister and I both needed major repairs done on our vehicles. One is a Toyota Camry and the other is an old Ford Explorer. The Camry had (still has) an oil leak and the Explorer was (still is) stalling, overheating, leaking A/C, and shaking when the brakes are applied. So that's us in a nutshell. As for the folks at Japanese Auto, they are a father-son team with other mechanics in their employ. I will say that they seemed quite personable both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, based on the odd and incorrect things they've said to us, they don't seem to know vehicles at all, or are playing dumb to con their customers...but I'm guessing it's the latter rather than the former. Here's an example: the son told me the tires on my Ford were old and needed to be replaced - except that I know that I have nearly BRAND NEW Michelins on there, so??? So when my sister noticed that her Camry CONTINUED to indicate an oil leak AFTER Japanese Auto charged her $1,344.47 for "fixing" it, she had two mechanics at another auto place confirm what she suspected. She went back to Japanese Auto because she thought the nature of the repair may have been complicated and that they had just made a mistake - well trusting them was her mistake. The son actually seemed confused by her request to rectify the issue, and after having her vehicle "checked" (whether they even took a sideways glance at it is questionable) for THE SECOND TIME, came back with the claim that the radiator suddenly needed to be replaced, so they charged her ANOTHER $335.77(?!) and said nothing of oil leak until she made repeated inquiries. Now how is it they missed the radiator problem THE FIRST TIME? The simple answer is that they are making things up. As for my Ford, when I realized that it is in the exact condition NOW as it was in BEFORE I went to Japanese Auto, I refused to take it back to them
