Quick Lane

After we had extensive routine maintenance done on our 2002 F350 we noticed a problem that we didn’t have before we dropped it off. I called and spoke with our service writer John Collins and after hearing our complaint he connected us to the Quick Lane manager Nick McCarthy. Mr. McCarthy was very apologetic and asked if we could stop by to meet with him. When we arrived we were greeted by both our service writer and the manager. We showed them the problem and they were quick to accept responsibility and provide a solution. They went above and beyond to show us they were sorry for any inconvenience. The customer service we received at Tamiami Ford’s Quick Lane was exceptional.
