Fantastic service replacing suspension on my 2013 Range Rover at one half the cost of dealer

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. They were pretty quick with my car, and even gave me a ride home. Diana Spirelli

We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. We truly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on Dealer Service Alternative team to be ethical, efficient, helpful and prompt. They are the best, and we won't trust anyone else with our cars!

Auto Lab is the only shop i trust, they do GREAT work with GREAT prices and they also take good care of my car (my baby!!!). 3-29-2024 I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday. I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue. not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues

I had DAVE the owner detail my 2005 Lifted Excursion that is in MINT CONDITION. One of Dave's employees used ACID on my Weld Racing Chrome Rims. They etched the rims and they are ruined. $2,500.00 of rims trashed. Dave made payments (he must not have insurance) he paid $200.00 towards the $2,500.00 He has stopped making payments and has abandoned me. I would not allow him to touch my car for fear that he would trash it as well. You will be left out in the cold. Stay clear of this company.
