ROY IS THE OWNER AND CHIEF MECHANIC, SOFT SPOKEN POLITE MAN WITH A WEALTH OF MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE. HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND HIS QUALITY OF WORK WOULD GIVE THE MERCEDES DEALERSHIP A LEVEL TO STRIVE TO ACHIEVE. THIS GUY IS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I ALMOST HESITATE TO BRAG ON HIM. I just had my 2008 SRX Cadillac serviced at your store # 1066 today 6/... read more I just had my 2008 SRX Cadillac serviced at your store # 1066 today 6/20/2012 And wanted to commet on the cost, which came to $96.89 which I think is excessive. My son in law gets his 2010 Cadillac Escalade with the north star engine ghanged at the dealership for $ 63.00 And my engine is the 6 cyl. not the north star engine. I have taken my truck to your facillity for several years and had it serviced with no problems with pricing. They charge $ 7.99 for a extra quart which I think is more than fair, so at $ 7.99 a quart at regular 5 quarts would be $ 40.00 so they must charge $ 45.00 for the oil filter and the service?
