I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. Customer stated, tinting window 35% windshield and 20% 2 front windows would offer a dark no see-through from outside to inside car. It did not, and when I stated to owner and son I wasn't satisfied with job provide. Owner said Oh well. You should have ask for 5%. I paid $120.00 never again. Customer satisfaction produce repeat customer and new customers.
