Frank is a master in his art. He has now completed the 2nd major engine out service on my Ferrari 355, the first in 2008 and recent one in 2015. The most recent service included huge changes including radiator replacements, suspension and shock work, engine tear down to replace and test everything (injectors, leakdowns etc). Frank takes his time and misses nothing. Anything that comes up while in the process gets a phone call and a decision is jointly made before he proceeds. He takes his time and is a true adviser, never pushing for additional work always advising and showing, reviewing and making decisions based on time and cost and availability. He is honest in his assessments and happy to review risk/rewards. His pricing is fair and he has never taken advantage. He treats all his customers with respect and not as another wallet to be taken advantage of. He truely loves the cars he is working on. He will happily take time for phone calls and "dumb owner" questions and happy to meet with you any time of the day to just shoot the breeze. Nobody will ever work on my Ferrari's other than Frank in the future.

An amazing team here, they treat you like family, service is very personalized and on point. Rocky and the mechanics are fair and truthful, jobs are always done correctly and with attention to detail. I have NEVER been disappointed here, they are so knowledgeable and have tons of experience. They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.

I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

This is a great place for repairs. The "dealership" we went to could not fix our vehicle. Bob and his crew got it right the first time at way less $$$.

WOW These guys are awesome! Their honesty and troubleshooting skills puts them over the top. I'm a 28 year Aviation Industry veteran and would highly recommend Transbuilt Transmission. I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair.
