I needed a new auto shop on the NE side of town. I heard great things about Bob's - they delivered. Prices are higher than the old shop that I had, but the shop is in a great location so I expect to pay more for convenience. They gave me a thorough report on my aging car, and said it was in great shape. I would highly recommend these guys!

Frank Benson has been working on cars, that I know of for 30+ years. The guy is the best mechanic in town, fair prices, and will not sell you something you don't need. I take all my vehicles there.

I have been waiting for my brakes to be fixe3d since March 1, 2016. I keep getting promises but no action. I am looking for another shop that can get me back on the road.

Great European auto techs

My car wouldn't start and I had it towed to Nevels Automotive to find the problem and repair it. My car value is less than $1500. After an initial look Nevels called me and told me it would be $2545.00 to fix car. They misdiagnosed my car and I feel that was due to a personal argument I had with a mechanic there. I went to the shop ND spoke directly to the owner. They kept my car the entire weekend costing $250 additionally for a rental. On Monday, they fixed the problem ND told me it was only the ignition switch after all...go figure!! Then they charged me $410 to fix something normally they charge less than $250 total to fix. I will never take another car to them nor recommend them to anyone due to the unprofessional way I was treated by their mechanic.....highway robbery!!

My vehicle was taken to Tony Boyd Auto Clinic for repair of a radiator. The radiator was repaired and the repair bill was paid in full. Upon leaving Boyd's Auto Clinic, the AC was not working. The vehicle was immediately taken back to Tony Boyd. Mr Boyd stuck a probe in the AC condenser immediately locking the Honda Civic's security system. Mr. Boyd was unable to get the system to unlock so that the reparis could be done. I asked Mr. Boyd to show me exactly what he did that caused the civic to lock down. He complied and admitted that he stuck the probe in the AC which in turn "fried" the electrical wiring to the computer of the car. Mr. Boyd was given the option to try and fix this problem which he could not resolve. He tried having 3 locksmiths out to "reprogram" the key which was in not way the problem with the car. We demanded that the car be towed to Honda dealership. He stated that he could tow it on Friday after close of business. Even that wasn't done!!!! Long story short.......we had to have the car fixed at our expense due to what Tony Boyd did to the car and he has REFUSED to do anything to make this right. Told me that I guess we were getting SCREWED BY HIM. Run from this business. Crooks!
