Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. I just had my 2008 SRX Cadillac serviced at your store # 1066 today 6/20/2012 And wanted to commet on the cost, which came to $96.89 which I think is excessive. My son in law gets his 2010 Cadillac Escalade with the north star engine ghanged at the dealership for $ 63.00 And my engine is the 6 cyl. not the north star engine. I have taken my truck to your facillity for several years and had it serviced with no problems with pricing. They charge $ 7.99 for a extra quart which I think is more than fair, so at $ 7.99 a quart at regular 5 quarts would be $ 40.00 so they must charge $ 45.00 for the oil filter and the service? Guy was very friendly, he even dropped me off at work and when they were done with my audi they delivered it to my office. Couldn't be any happier.
