I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. Bought new tires and they put the new ones on then broke studs off when putting them back on with an impact gun instead of a torque wrench and made me pay for it. Place is a joke everyone working there is on drugs. I wouldn't be surprised if they were selling them out of the back.
