They may charge you for parts that they are not even installing in your vehicle. Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

This place was very professional. It appears to be a family business. I got the Air Spring replaced on my mercedes benz GL450. I asked for an area to sit in and they generously asked me to use their office, even offered the secure WIFI without my asking. The service was very fast. The most important thing was the work was done right. The owner's son asked me whether I wanted to test drive first with him in the car to make sure I was satisfied so that was very reassuring. They also did a little extra by fixing a slow leak in one of the tires. They didn't even charge for it. So in my opinion 5 out of 5 and beyond. Very satisfied. Will return. And will recommend.

The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!

STAY AWAY!!!! My husband and I were taking our 2008 volvo's here for yearly repair, thanks to a flat tire and a AAA repairman we realized that the people at Deel Volvo were not rotating or aligning our tires, even though we were paying for this service. The tires in my husbands car were down to the thread in the inside due to lack of alignment, it really was a miracle he never had an accident. My car had the tires practically flat due to lack of rotation. Last year we paid over $300 on just the yearly service for each car. We did this thinking that the dealer would be a lot more careful than a regular mechanic. Both of our cars have less than 20,000 miles and we had to change ALL four tires on both cars. The mechanic we took our cars to, somebody whom I known for a long time and I now regret not taking my car there, confirmed what the AAA guy told us. All I can say is don't waist your time and money, and specially don't risk having an accident, these people don't care about your safety!!!!
