It seems family run, so there were no cheasy sales people hanging around. I came in, told them what I wanted. They gave me a price and a timeframe. It was so easy, I was in and out with new tint. There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and that she cared about my business, and my car. I trust her with my Porsche now, and plan to trust her wth many more in the future. These people are crooks. I was just robbed by the owner. He told me the cost would be 230$ and he would remove my old tint for free. I said great! After four hours of waiting he hands me a bill for 390$ and completely denied the price we agreed upon. Boldly lying to my face. Who pays 400$ for tint? This guy completely took advantage of me and yes I'm a woman. Take your money elsewhere this man doesn't deserve it. AND the tint looks horrible.

As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. My auto is running as expected, thanks to the auto care from Davie Motors! Thanks to Kip, Jeff & Doron!
