I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. I dropped off my vehicle to get repaired they said they could not provide an estimate until they took it apart. Once they took it apart they informed me that it would be 6900 for repair or 1750 for them to pit ot back together. After they over a week they informed me the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I said I would pick up by the end of that day . They called me back and asked how I was paying I informed them I was paying by check just like the last 5 times I used this company. They called me back and said that since the amount was so high that they would only take cash or credit card. I went in to pick up my vehicle with credit card and was told they do not take American Express. So I left and went back with my visa debit card they then refused to take my credit card and wanted me to run as debit not credit. A debit card can not be charged for that amount and would not go through. They informed me I would have to bring them in cash or I would not get my vehicle back After inspection of the vehicle they damaged the passengers side of vehicle and when confronted they said they would give me a 1000$ credit but I would have to pay cash and have no warranty on vehicle repair. Not sure if vehicle is actually repaired or not since they have it blocked in and will not let me start it. Not comfortable paying anyone cash with no form of proof of work done. Never had this issue with them considering they repaired that vehicle before along with many others and always paid by check. But to demand cash after the job is supposedly done is ridiculous. I was informed that I had until Monday morning to bring in cash or they will not give me 1000$ credit which is not going to pay for the damage that they did charged me the full price and also storage fees.

Edward took my carb to rebuild and a $100 deposit and never came back nor have i heard from him or his wife again! Cost me a new carb plus the core which he stole!

Took my truck to get tuned and deleted, the mechanics ended up stealing my DPF and catalytic. They took them before you even notice.They said they scrapped it but obviously they resell them because these pieces are worth money ??. There is obviously a huge scam going on between the tuner and the shop. Not to mention they charge you cash, no receipts or paperwork to avoid paying taxes. Typical miami business
