My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

Been here a few times now. Simply put mechanics who know their craft and whom you can TRUST. If it ain't broke they won't fix it. Icing on the cake...they're good people.

I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

This is a great place for repairs. The "dealership" we went to could not fix our vehicle. Bob and his crew got it right the first time at way less $$$.

They are fantastic in there pricing and service. I had a starter and alternator re-buit by them and love the 1yr warranty I received. Thanks to them I was able to afford to get my truck and van back on the road quickly. Thank you, Roger! You got a great place.

This is the first time I personally used Carnovale Car Care for my Maserati. I was referred by a friend who has been very pleased with their service. The experience felt very personal; I did not feel like a job ticket #. From the owner, to the owner's father, to the office gal Debbie, and to the mechanics (especially Dennis), the experience was everything one could ask for. I am a person who likes to know everything about my car so that I can anticipate or prevent future problems, and they took as long as necessary -- even going above and beyond -- to educate me on how things worked. I am not a person who writes many reviews but, in Carnovale’s case, I would feel remiss if I did not take the time to share my noteworthy experience.

I called this company to get an estimate for an oil change for my 1991 Mercedes 350 SD Turbo Diesel. The person I spoke to representing this company said they could do the work and an appointment was set and the work was completed. My son noticed the receipt said Castrol GTX 20/50. He did not believe the correct oil was used for my Mercedes diesel engine. My son instructed me to return to the shop and look at the API rating on the label. He said “S” rated oil is used for gas engines and “C” rated oils are used for diesel engines. I spoke to Mickey who was very kind and assured me the correct oil was used but I noted the API label said “SN”. My son was not satisfied and went to the shop to specifically look at the label on the drum of oil. Mickey Jr. showed him the drum, my son verified the API rating was "SN" (Castrol 20W-50) (it did not say diesel). In further discussion Mickey Jr. said he could order “the correct oil for my car but it would cost extra”. My son told Mickey Jr. we have lost confidence in the work this company performed and wanted a refund so I could take my car elsewhere to get the proper oil change. The request for a refund was denied. Mickey Jr. spoke to an elder gentleman. This person asked my son what seems to be the problem. When my son tried to discuss his concern, this person said “that oil is the same oil we have used on every diesel engine that enters this shop”. My son made a comment that this shop is using the wrong oil in diesel engines. What was more shocking is this person said “who made you the f-ing expert”. My son replied he was not an expert but stated the API classification codes that are explained on the internet “C” vs “S”. He also brought up the API ratings listed on the back of oil, specific to diesel engines, are “C” ratings. The elder gentleman told my son to “get the h*** out of his shop” and walked away. Before this review was written I called Castrol/USA. I wanted to do more research before writing a bad r

DO NOT GO HERE. They ripped my father off for the $1,430 they charged him for air conditioning repair. THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK. The new parts were not installed. They didn’t even loosen a screw. LIARS AND THIEVES!
