Trailer repair service near Tampa, FL

Never, please never call this guy Brian Dorcy if you need any mechanic work for your boat. This is the worst, unresponsive, irresponsible and unprofessional mechanic I’ve ever met. I contacted him in February 2022 and requested to fix the engine (water in the oil). He came relatively fast, the next week and found the heads need to be replaced. He ordered new heads and other parts. It took 1 month to get them delivered and 2 more weeks to Brian showed up in my yard. He took the old gasket and found that the block had a crack and needed to be replaced. Why didn't he check this the first time? If he wan’s so negligent and blind and did his job better he could find this issue at the very beginning. It took 2 more weeks to find and order a new block and more than a month to get it delivered to me. I was hoping this “crooked hands master” will come ASAP and finish his work. But he didn’t come this week and next week. He was ignoring my phone calls and messages when I tried to arrange the appointment with him. He is OK to get a new job but is always so busy finishing it. I’ve been waiting for him for more than 2 month and then I said I don’t want to wait any more and I asked him to bring a block to me. He ignored me again for a week. The only one way it worked was to push him to bring me a $2K block to say that on Tuesday I will report to the Police. And he finally brought it to me at the end of July!!!!. I’ve been waiting for 6 month and at the end I got an unfixed boat and half a garage of parts. When I googled for reviews I found that this is his normal way of business. His rating is * 1 Star. I will be happy if you read this review and won’t call this deceiver - this will save you a few months of your time and a lot of your nerves. Please spend 1 more hour and google - there are many really talented professional mechanics with hundreds of reviews and 4.8-4.9 rating. Don’t give your job to losers and scammers!

Said he was licensed and insured,he is not, hit bottom on way and caused over 25 thousand dollars damage, will not pay a dime, stay away from him!!!!

Brian has been servicing our 2 boats for over a decade, some years ago one of our boats was half sunk had to have some major work done, after taking it to a different mechanic who put on a gasket that blew within the first month we found Brian, he put it on the right way and hasn’t blown since. He knows my Mercury mercruiser engine like the back of his mind. Best part is he comes out to you so you don’t have to trail your boat anywhere. He has low rates and is a hardworking and honest mechanic, hard to find these days. Highly recommend for someone who doesn’t know much about boat engines and needs their boat serviced.

DO NOT under ANY circumstance use this mechanic. I found him on this website and it was a disaster from the word go. Brian talks a good game and acts like a nice guy but he is bad news. He is what gives boat mechanics a bad name. I trusted him and he failed me miserably. Long story short, I ordered the entire long block and he was supposed to install it. Should have been plug and play but he had me order the wrong parts and instead of admitting to it he tried to cover his tracks. Brian took the new heads and tried to keep them while he "said" he was milling the old heads. He did not. Brian attempted to steal this $1000.00 part that I paid for. He also charged me for top of the line parts and ordered shitty ones. This man is nothing but a thief. I have filed a police report and I will see you in court Brian.

My "vintage" Class A diesel motorhome has toured beautiful North America from Key West to Fairbanks and Cabo San Lucas to Halifax. I rely on Preventive Maintenance Service to keep the old rig reliable and roadworthy when home in St. Pete. On this year's trip to the Pacific Northwest, one of the Suburban furnaces quit working. Two different service centers in that area worked on it. One didn't have a clue what was wrong. The other gave the furnace Last Rites and wanted to sell me a new one. Once home, the folks at PMS checked it out and found a defective wire which they immediately repaired. The unit works like new. I highly recommend PMS for any of your motorhome/RV maintenance needs. Do not purchase any sort of R.V. or trailer from Lazydays Seffner Fla!!!!! They treated us like royalty during purchase. But after that !! Forget it!!! IT took weeks to get minor delivery issues repaired!!! And Then!!!They took an extra 1000.00 dollars from my credit card for who knows what, The extra 1000.00 they took appears nowhere on any of my bills of sales or any other documents from lazy days that I received from them. only on my bank statement does it appear. I have contacted two of the finance reps. ,The first being the person who handled my purchase. He laughed about it and said it would be fixed. well here it is 33 days later still not fixed!!! My bank cannot get anyone to answer the phone to them either.Finally I called and got an answer at lazydays customer care and explained my situation and was connected to a "superviser" who said he would fix it now and send me a reciept via e-mail. Well!!! I got the e-mail of some kind of refund reciept, that was 48 hours ago and it still has not been refunded to my account.I have since then called my bank and they say there is no record of any refund from lazydays!!! So they are taking action against Lazydays R.V. of Tampa now. And I am still out 1000.00 dollars !!! Please do yourself a huge favor and by your "DREAM R.V." anywhere BUT Lazydays R.V. tampa . Because they will turn it into a nightmare!!!! worst purchasing expreienc I've ever had!!! Ed ocala fl

Called Late on a Saturday Night, Came out with in a 1hr, Saved me money on a Tow, got me back and on the road. Honest, Fair pricing and saves me money by coming out to me. I now have them Maintain our Fleet.

We purchased a new 2013 3455 Big Horn from Lazy Days Seffner FL dealer, as long as we were purchasing we were treated like kings and Queens. When purchased that all ended for sure. We made 4 trips to get small items on punch list fixed, (may I add we are 141 miles one way)most of these items were on list when we purchased unit, even went so far as to make appointment 2 months in advance still same results. They even lost our 40 foot unit one time when we came to pick up. May I add we finally brought unit home with out repairs being completed, will do most our self or have local dealer do it for us. Heartland is working very good with us to send warranty parts directly to us with no hassle, even willing to pay local shop. Thanks Jamie!!!!!!!!!!!! Lazy Days stay away please!!!!!!!!!!!!
