I wish to make a positive comment about the Tire Kingdom Store (#90) in Valrico, Florida. I am a regular customer at this store as I have fortunately found 2 competent mechanics who regularly work on my cars and they are the only mechanics allowed to work on my vehicles. I have five Honda automobiles and all of them are routinely serviced at this location. I have a good rapport with the service team, which includes the store manager, and routinely recommend this store to anyone needing service on their vehicle. It is nice to have a car repair/tire store that can be trusted and relied upon.

We sell new and used tires and also do light mechanic work.

The team pays attention to your concerns, investigate the issues that concern you, then give you the option of how you wish them to proceed. The service is top notch and performed in a timely fashion; and above all, the customer is treated with respect! And that is hard to find these days.

On 11-24-12 I purchased two used tires from Highway 19 Tire Co. We had one of those tires blow out on the highway, and we contacted Highway 19 Tire Co. and even though they have a no refund policy they were willing to reimburse me the money for the tire that blew out. I want to express my thanks for a prompt response and addressing my concern. This is a prime example of customer service. I would reccommend anyone in that area to visit HWY 19 Tire Co. You will not be disappointed and of course they have a friendly staff.
