I had taken my car to the dealer and they told me I needed about $2,000 work on my Mercedes. I took the car to Euro Auto Performance after a friend recommended them. I am so happy that I did. During the summer of 2012, the engine in my 1991 Porsche 911 was rebuilt. At the same time, the Climate ECU failed and was sent to Specialized ECU to be rebuilt for $350 with a 5 year warranty. The Climate ECU ran fine for about 18 months and then failed in the spring of 2014 and was returned to Specialized ECU for warranty repair service. The ECU removal instructions contain no information about the Climate ECU also controlling the engine cooling as well. Their web sites states “In most cases the usual turnaround time is 3-5 days.” One year later the repairs to my Climate ECU have not been completed. My Porsche was driven without adequate engine cooling provided by the Climate ECU computer. I found this out when the engine failed less than two years after a complete rebuild. No compression in one cylinder, damaged heads and a $9,000 repair bill. Specialized ECU did not repair my unit in “3-5 days” or even 3-5 months – it’s been a year. After multiple emails and assurances that the repairs would be completed in days, the best Specialized ECU can offer was a refund of $350 and the return the failed ECU unit. So Specialized ECU has left me with a $9,000 engine repair bill and a Climate ECU which will not cool the engine so the car is undriveable. Additionally, my best option is to purchase a new Climate ECU for $2,000. I would like to share my experience with Specialized ECU to help others in their decision process.

Took my truck to get tuned and deleted, the mechanics ended up stealing my DPF and catalytic. They took them before you even notice.They said they scrapped it but obviously they resell them because these pieces are worth money ??. There is obviously a huge scam going on between the tuner and the shop. Not to mention they charge you cash, no receipts or paperwork to avoid paying taxes. Typical miami business

It took them 2 months for fix my car and when i got it back they thought that if they fixed the bumper, not all of it had to be fix. on the driver said by the wheel they intentionally didnt that new piece there. now i cant drive to the corner without my tire reeking up a storm. when i went back there to claim what i thought was a mistake they made, the man that gave me the estimate says that wasnt part of the accident(lies, if you had to fix the whole bumper, everything that goes with it should be fixed) while on the other hand the lady owner lies to my face and tells me they tried to include it to the estimate but the insurance didnt allow it.
