My car had recently gotten into an accident where I had taken it to High tech Automotive, normally every car shop just looks for more and more problems to take as much money as possible, but the mechanic and guys in the office were spectacular. Thru out the whole process they were very caring and now my car drives better then it did before.

If I could rate "0" stars I would have. First of all, I brought in my car b/c of my engine was running poorly. They charged me over $500.00 and told me everything was fine. 3 days later, the car almost died on the side of the road. I brought it back and they told me it was something else. Now they want to charge me another couple hundred dollars which they should have found the problem the first place. Just a shady and untrustworthy establishment.

I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. I decided to leave it over night and rented a car through his connection with Enterprise. In the morning I called Anthony and was told the car was ready and the good news was that I had not needed a catalytic converter after all and the repairs would only cost about 1/3 of the original estimate. Very good news indeed. My SUV no longer makes noise and it runs great. His work also comes with a 12 month guarantee and I am extremely pleased to have found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor.

I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! Words cannot express my gratitude to these men, THANK YOU Hoti Imports!!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and sadly this is my last time coming. The staff is great, super friendly and attentive. The owner on the other hand, is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat long time customers. Spoke to me aggressively on the phone and even hung up on my face when explaining an issue I was having after visiting the body shop for an oil change. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had purchased a used car that was giving me transmission problems. They serviced my car. Excellent communication of repair! They showed me all the parts that were replaced, explained the repair to help me understand, and were honest! Great price! I would highly recommend them!!!!

stay tuned! I would like to register my complaint. On 21/05/2012, the 04:34 h (morning) when I went to Miami International Airport, stopped at this station to get gas. And after starting the procedure, including my debit card through the machine, I noticed that the fuel pump was locked with padlocks. I left for the airport without refueling. And to my surprise, when I arrived in Brazil, I observed that R$ 191.86 was debited from my account, the equivalent of $ 95.00. What nonsense! Do not even know where to turn.

Jeremy had replaced an alternater on my daughters car a few yrs ago so I knew he did good work and was very professional and reliable!!! I needed my ignition switch repaired and he was very efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend his services and would definately use him again should I ever need auto repair work done in the future.

I have been purchasing gas from this location for over 10 years. Today at approximately 10:30 a.m. I went to get gasoline and use the automatic carwash. I paid for my gas outside at the pump and also thought I purchased the "Works" carwash however; it did not indicate the sale on my receipt. The gas pump stated "see Cashier". I currently have a broken foot with a cast up to my knee and I had my 7 pound Maltese Dog with me in my car and did not want anyone to break a window and take her so I brought her in with me. I hobbled into the Cashier (black/female) with my Maltese on my arm and she yelled "You need to get that dog out of here" in front of all the other customers!!!! I told her I just wanted to get the receipt for my carwash. She said just go around and put your debitcard in the carwash scanner and just purchase your wash from there. She didn't even offer to correct the problem at all. I hobbled back to my car...drove around to the carwash and of course the scanner was not working to purchase a carwash. I am a A.V.P., Sales and Service Manager at a large Commercial Bank in South Florida and if any of my staff talked to clients like the Cashier spoke to me they definitely would not have a job!!! She was sooooo unprofessional and rude!!!! I will NEVER get my gas from this gas station in the future and will be sure to tell all of my friends and neighbors about this incident....:(
