These guys really have a passion for cars. I came here once for them to diagnose an oil leak that I later ended up fixing myself and I was just there this week for them to repair an adjustment on my seat. The work was completed on time and I am definitely satisfied with their prices. Of course, buying a German car means that repairs are more expensive, but this place is very reasonable. They have expanded over the years and my only complaint is the crowded parking lot. I am hoping they can move to a bigger facility soon just because of this, but if not, I will still continue to go whenever my BMW decides to act up again, which could be as soon as tomorrow, LOL! I definitely recommend them!

I have managed service departments, sold cars (retail and wholesale) in metro Atlanta and been affiliated with the auto industry, in some capacity, for the past 25 years, and T3 Automotive may be the best repair shop around. Ty is honest, fair and transparent. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need and he always takes time to understand your concern and to explain your car's needs. The mechanics are no-nonsense and they take pride in what they do. The only problem with this rating is that they don't allow for more stars.

Never happy when an unexpected ALERT pops up, requiring “Maintenance.” No clue what this was for = called Ozzie, set up an appt to drop off my car, overnight, for service the next morning. “No issues after checking all possible options,” per the shop! Stopped in for their advertised AC service/tuneup and only received an outrageous quote To replace the entire system. No services were actually rendered, so I left disappointed.

I went there this morning to get my oil changed. The people working there were courteous, professional, and got the job done for a good price. Easiest oil change I've ever had - I asked for the basic oil change and my request was respected immediately. No one tried to up sell me any services which made the entire process simple and stress free. I'll definitely be returning.

I have had great experiences with this repair company (A & A). They have most recently worked on my front brakes; the service was completed in a timely manner, the owner phoned and gave me an estimate with detail prior to doing the work (which I loved). The price is more than reasonable. Some of the perks which come with this car repair shop are he has also driven me home when I have left my car with him...thanks. Also, he has coupons every month. I got an oil change for $15.98. My brakes were $79 for real just like coupon stated! I have had many bad experiences with care repair shops and am very grateful to have found A & A. A God send to me. You should definitely take your car there. It is also right in the heart of 41.

These so called mechanics test drove my fiance's car when we spoke with them about her brakes working fine in most cases, but other times the pedal would be all the way against the floor of the car but it would keep rolling. The emergency brake also failed on inclines. They determined that all she needed done was a "clean and adjust" of her rear brakes, which after some research, is a useless procedure designed only to generate profit for the store, but is usually accompanied by an inspection to determine if there are other issues with the brakes. While they did list a few other repairs that would need done in time, none of them had to do with the issue at hand. The next day, my fiancé was driving home from work and was entirely unable to stop with either the normal or emergency brakes. By some miracle, she made it home alive and the car was intact, but now KM auto repair of Kennesaw, GA, is charging us 319 dollars for a new master cylinder. A trained mechanic would have known the symptoms of a failing master cylinder and would have noticed it from the description of the problem, the test drive, and from inspecting the brakes during the "clean and adjust". My fiance could have died because of their ineptitude. Remember that whoever works on your car holds your life, livelihood, and that of your loved ones in their hands. Take your business and your money to a real mechanic that will actually take care of you and your car.

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I had my brakes serviced and repaired my BMW ( head gasket repaired, radiator repaired and alternator repaired ). Euro Ultimate was kind enough to tow my vehicle for free.
