Well my battery went out so 1st I have to get an special battery for it 2nd I have to recoded the car Dealership doesn't even know what kind of battery do I need so. I worked close to Wendt motors always seen the place but never stopped to check out so I went there Mr Pete very kindly helped me and he told me what are the things that I have to do it need to get done to the car, he recoded the battery so now no lights on??? He also contacted warranty cuz I needed turbos replaced so didn't work cuz supposedly,my warranty doesn't cover all that but still my bimmer runs like new so I ll save up $$$ to replace them at Wendt motors very professional & specialist on bmw so that's my place

Gave them four chances to rebuild it correctly. Refused to pay my mechanics labor for removal and installation four separate times. Ronnie the owner is very rude and seems to be extremely uneducated.

My mechanic could not fix check engine light and said to take to dealer ship. The computer said bad coolant sensor. Took to dealership, all he had to do was plug it in. He had the car 4 days and said it was the wiring harness. They wanted $1200 for the harness and $1000 for labor, this was far more than the car was worth. I took it to A-1 he called back and said it was the coolant sensor, the dealership had sent a bad one. He also replaced a relay that sometimes would stick and car would not start. Cost, total, $300. We are retired and I can't work on cars anymore. I will definitely take it here and if they can't fix it they will see that it is done right and bill you for it. So refreshing to meet an honest knowledgeable man in the auto repair business. If you don't know cars, take it here.

He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!
