I was recommended by a friend of a friend to go to this shop. I came in due to a constant whining sound of the motor. I explained my issue and provided video. I left the car there two days, they put a bunch of over-priced not 100% necessary parts on the car and double charged for oil. No, the whining noise was never from a rubbing bolt on the rotor. I approved the quotes and would just deal with the pricing because I assumed that it would actually fix the problem and give me peace of mind. It did NOT. I still have the same problem. I let them know and they quoted me more labor fees. C'mon, as car people this was ridiculous. Do better.

There to collect the money alone. Wouldn’t give a bad review to a business but can’t hide my experience with this one. Yes, you are here to make money but what about customer experience? It felt I lost my 1400$ and asking me to part away with another 900$ without a single assurance, and a ce that speaks down on customer. Show empathy to your customer, explain issues rather than sounding condescending and asking them “Do you have a better place”. Maybe your father owns the WorkShop. Congratulations retaining your customers with this attitude.

Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !
