I don't know how they do it, but Mitch and his guys are good, cheap, and fast. My 2006 GMC truck would give me all kinds of fits when I drove it. It would run great, then die, then barely run, then be great again... It was really frustrating! My local shop said it could be several possibilities, but wanted to start by doing a tune-up and go from there. I wasn't impressed with their guesses; I wanted a solution. I went online looking for a better deal. I found Shaw Auto Service and gave them a call. I told the guy on the phone what was up and he was honest about it - he said he didn't know, but they would figure it out. Keith came out later that day, did about an hour of testing, and told me I needed a fuel pump - guaranteed to fix my problem, he said. Well, when he got to the fuel pump he found a bad wire and fixed it. I got to take the $250 pump back to the store, just paid for his time, and haven't had any problems since. Just awesome!

Summary: Took a tiny chip, made it into a large crack in less than 2 mins. I had a very small chip in the windshield. He came out, stuck a suction cup on it, pumped it up, and made it into a crack 3 inches long. Claimed it had only happened to him 4 times in the past 12 years. I do not recommend his service, as he managed to make a usable windshield into one that cannot be used.

I can’t say enough about Freed Performance. After getting my super charged 993 back from a dealership that was just doing some routine maintenance, it was in running horribly. No power and a strange very high cold start up idle. I took it to Sean and company at Freed and after a number of upgrades (RS cams, RS CLUTCH/flywheel, RS mounts, etc), a lot of extras while the engine was out, and troubleshooting the idle and power issues, the car is now incredible. Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . BE
