Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

I can’t say enough about Freed Performance. After getting my super charged 993 back from a dealership that was just doing some routine maintenance, it was in running horribly. No power and a strange very high cold start up idle. I took it to Sean and company at Freed and after a number of upgrades (RS cams, RS CLUTCH/flywheel, RS mounts, etc), a lot of extras while the engine was out, and troubleshooting the idle and power issues, the car is now incredible. Idles perfectly cold and warm, smooth/strong consistent power, very easy to drive clutch and feels rock solid. Thanks again guys!! Chris Ozment
