Contracted with and paid $10K up front to Bob, the owner, for a replacement boat engine.
Money deposited, engine never ordered. After numerous visits over a 10 month period, most of the money was paid back.
Bad business practices. 
If I could have left a "zero star" rating , I would have done so...
That reflects my opinion of his character and business practices.
