Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..! The car never felt that good even when purchased and maintained at the dealer. I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the best decision.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

IT IS FULL OF BUSINESSES THAT NEED TO BE FLUSHED OUT, FAILING LARGELY BECAUSE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ETHIC. A REAL RACE AMONG CONSUMER AND BUSINESS OWNER TO SUCCEED. IN THIS GENRE OF BUSINESS, THE BUSINESS OWNER HAS A DISTINCT EDGE OF THE CONSUMER, BASED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE. I had my brakes serviced and repaired my BMW ( head gasket repaired, radiator repaired and alternator repaired ). Euro Ultimate was kind enough to tow my vehicle for free. I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!
