I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!

I used to drive 30 minutes to Marietta just to go to true automotive. Now that they opened up practically down the road I could not be happier. Isaac the manager has definitely carried over the top quality customer service and technicians. As always my car is feeling great. The honesty you get from these people when it comes to pricing and the work being done is amazing. I was told by Isaac the my suspension is starting to get to its age of replacement which is true, he’s on the money. I had two shops try and tell me that with half the mileage I have on the car now. You can’t get honesty like that in many places anymore. Good to have a shop in town that looks out for the customer!!!

Well my battery went out so 1st I have to get an special battery for it 2nd I have to recoded the car Dealership doesn't even know what kind of battery do I need so. I worked close to Wendt motors always seen the place but never stopped to check out so I went there Mr Pete very kindly helped me and he told me what are the things that I have to do it need to get done to the car, he recoded the battery so now no lights on??? He also contacted warranty cuz I needed turbos replaced so didn't work cuz supposedly,my warranty doesn't cover all that but still my bimmer runs like new so I ll save up $$$ to replace them at Wendt motors very professional & specialist on bmw so that's my place

I have never left a review for anything but I just had the worst customer service experience which included waiting 2 days to be contacted, being accused of stealing, being called a piece of shit and told to fuck off. This was an experience that other people need to know about. My check engine light came on in my 2007 BMW X3 so I brought it into Carma Motorsports since it’s down the street from where I live. I dropped off my car on Sunday night and left the key in the drop box. I called on Monday morning at 8:30 to confirm with them that they received it. I was told by Jennifer that I would receive a phone call after they had looked at it. After never receiving a phone call and trying to call all day, I stopped there at 6 and was told that the phone and internet was down and that was why I never received a phone call. They told me the phones and internet should be fixed in the morning and I would receive a call then, but that they only things that need to be fixed are the ignition coil and air mass meter boot. On Tuesday, I finally received a phone call and received a quote for $1,600 to fix the ignition coil, air mass meter boot, and that I also needed all new front and rear brakes. After waiting over 36 hours to hear anything, this was not good news so I called around to get a few other opinions since that seemed pretty steep. I ended up finding somewhere else that could do all of the same work for almost $500 less. I called Carma and let them know of the lower quote and asked if they could match it. After being told no, I said I was going elsewhere and that I would pick up my car at 6. After arriving, I was told that I still owed $120 for the diagnostic check to find out what was wrong. I informed Adam and another man with a shaved head (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) that I was not going to pay that since it took them so long to get back to me with anything and that what they quoted wasn’t even close to a good price compared to what I was able to find elsewhere, and because no one had told me about the cost of a diagnostic check when I said I was picking up the car. I asked if they had an issue with that and the bald man told me did have an issue because it’s stealing. I responded by saying that I understand that their time is valuable but so is mine. I will never be going back and I’m going to make an effort to make sure other people don’t either.

Everyone there is a class act! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and got the work done quickly. I didn't get the typical runaround that you will get at any other service shop. Car was ready when they said it would be... that never happens!! Customer for life well done!

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. For 3 years I visited the Tires Plus in Buford, Ga off Sardis Church Rd. I started questioning the service and honesty after having brakes replaced multiple times. Each time they told me something else was wrong. So I had rotors replaced, brakes were still bad. Went back they said now I needed new calibers,brakes were still bad. Went back again, they said one of the calibers was faulty and needed replacing. My brakes were still now working properly but at this point I had given up assuming it was just old car. Once I started having tire and brakes problem not long after this I went to another shop. I also began looking up my tires plus history to share with the new mechanics. They showed me that not all the calibers were changed (despite me telling tires plus repeatedly that my brakes were not working). And that everything needed to be replaced again. They took me to the back to show me. As I looked at my service history not only did feel I was scammed on work done on my car, but I had purchased a total of 8 tires in 2 to 3 year span (with road hazard) and was now on tires again 9 and 10. Not only is that a ridiculous short time needing tires but they never once gave me free or discount for the road hazard. I have contacted their corporate office. I received one email saying someone would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear back from them. I will say the manager at the location eventually offered to repay the calipers but since the job was not done fully and properly as well as the tire situation I didn't feel this was fair.
