The technicians at Athens are very knowledgeable and informative, I have been going there for the past 4 years and have taken all of my vehicles to Nick and his team. They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

During a huge storm the wipers on my BMW X5 stopped working an hour away from home. I saw the sign for Car Tech and pulled in. The owner and his assistant dropped what they were doing and came over to assist me. I thought I had blown a fuse but they quickly identified the problem as a blocked wiper linkage and took the cowling off and fixed it. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. I have never had a BMW dealer show this amount of expertise or professionalism and although they are an hour away, I will return for work and service on both my BMWs. Amazing service and kindness

Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. If we ever do need a body shop again, Top Notch will be my first and only choice. Brad Newell
