Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

Had my windows tinted last year and the drivers side window was pealing up from the bottom, I have a very busy schedule and it was nearly six months later. I thought they would give me a hard time, but rather all I had to do was show my receipt and they took care of it on the spot. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! I'll be back for more work
