Saxon service near Covington, GA

My experience was NOT a great experience. Paid for diagnostic on my cooling system and was told that there was an issue with a hose on the radiator. Quote given to replace the hose and flush the system was $928. Quote for hose was $316. Contacted the dealer and received a quote of $97. This is for a BMW. I purchased the hose from BMW and had AAMCO replace it and flush the system for $230. Will never patronize this business again. BMW gave a quote less than this establishment.

After talking with the insurance company they explained to me that the automotive repair team would not lower the labor cost and it showed to be more than the standard after researching the issues.

Got truck leveled. That turned out great. Done same day. Got my truck back they had to jump it for me. Seemed like they were hoping it would just crank, but after they had to help me they then told me that it had died on them after they got it back from alignment shop. Battery wasn’t dead when I brought it to them. Was dead afterwards. Odd coincidence for a two year old battery.

They over charged me and took long time to complete the job and really did not do what was asked and what Estimated for

Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues.
