Be Aware!! Warning. Below ZERO service! After a car accident, I took my BMW to their shop. They said that they would fix everything. They didn't. They damaged the car. Horrible. Bmw dealership said that the car has frame damaged from the accident and it is dangerous to drive it. BMW dealership gave me a report. Caliber did not mention that matter, and told me that car was fixed. But it was not. No experience at all. They didn't fix the trunk right. The door paint was completely different than the original one. My car has paint shades now because of their bad job. They damaged the roof. Water leak while the weather is rainy. The did big damage inside the car. My car is convertible. They damaged and cut the wires between the trunk and the roof. Bad management is plus. Please take your vehicle anywhere else. This is the worst shop in USA. After they got the insurance check, my car was damaged more. It took them One year to fix my car, and they didn't.. they did more damage. They deserve below zero stars, and I will SPARED the word

For 3 years I visited the Tires Plus in Buford, Ga off Sardis Church Rd. I started questioning the service and honesty after having brakes replaced multiple times. Each time they told me something else was wrong. So I had rotors replaced, brakes were still bad. Went back they said now I needed new calibers,brakes were still bad. Went back again, they said one of the calibers was faulty and needed replacing. My brakes were still now working properly but at this point I had given up assuming it was just old car. Once I started having tire and brakes problem not long after this I went to another shop. I also began looking up my tires plus history to share with the new mechanics. They showed me that not all the calibers were changed (despite me telling tires plus repeatedly that my brakes were not working). And that everything needed to be replaced again. They took me to the back to show me. As I looked at my service history not only did feel I was scammed on work done on my car, but I had purchased a total of 8 tires in 2 to 3 year span (with road hazard) and was now on tires again 9 and 10. Not only is that a ridiculous short time needing tires but they never once gave me free or discount for the road hazard. I have contacted their corporate office. I received one email saying someone would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear back from them. I will say the manager at the location eventually offered to repay the calipers but since the job was not done fully and properly as well as the tire situation I didn't feel this was fair.

A friend of mine recommended Nicks Wrenches to me. Said he was the best and honest too. I had a 1994 Toyota 4Runner in need of repair. It was constantly running hot and I couldn't take it anywhere without carrying a jug of water with me. I didn't have much money so I kept putting having it repaired off. Finally, I broke down and called Nick. I took it to him and got a sense that he was indeed an honest man, hard to find now days in the mechanic field. Not only is he honest, but he knows a heck of a lot about cars. He ended up having to replace my radiator and a few other things. It ran great after that and I felt he gave me a very fair price. After that, with my SUV being so old, I kept having to take it back for other various repairs. The last time I drove that SUV was when I took my ex husband to the airport. He was moving to San Francisco. On the way back, my SUV broke down. Nick had someone tow it to his shop. I forgot what it was this time but he repaired it. When pulling out of his shop, my brake line broke. This was the end of my beloved 4Runner. Nick was in the process of re constructing the brake line when he told me it was best if I sell it because it was starting to be one thing after another. I took his advice. Nick let me keep my truck at his shop until it sold. He also lent me a car he had that he occasionally lent out to customers so I could get back and forth to work. My truck finally sold. I will be forever grateful to Nick and all he did to help me. I have a new car now, but I know if I ever need any work done, he's the one I want working on my car. Thank you Nick for all that you did to help me. I will always be grateful!!

Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.
