Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair.
