My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..! The car never felt that good even when purchased and maintained at the dealer. I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the best decision.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.
