I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..! The car never felt that good even when purchased and maintained at the dealer. I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the best decision.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

Ausom job! I have a few friends and family that are in the trade, unfortunately we not where they could do the work. So I had it done here. I was impressed and so has my friend a family in the trade on the work that was done. Very professional. The manger and Tech. found a fixed things not in the quote! Will use them in the future, they are my new place.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo!
