I had a tire blow out on the interstate. Eddie came out and helped. He arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and helpful. He patiently answered my child's endless questions as well. Even though he was only assigned to tow, he stayed with me and changed my tire as well. Great service and help when I needed it.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. Summary: Took a tiny chip, made it into a large crack in less than 2 mins. I had a very small chip in the windshield. He came out, stuck a suction cup on it, pumped it up, and made it into a crack 3 inches long. Claimed it had only happened to him 4 times in the past 12 years. I do not recommend his service, as he managed to make a usable windshield into one that cannot be used.

Had my windows tinted last year and the drivers side window was pealing up from the bottom, I have a very busy schedule and it was nearly six months later. I thought they would give me a hard time, but rather all I had to do was show my receipt and they took care of it on the spot. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! I'll be back for more work
