Nissan service near Doraville, GA

Nissan South, Morrow, GA.recently made fraudulent repair recommendations for my vehicle and refused to provide parts that were replaced in the repairs that were completed. I had the vehicle evaluated at Nalley Lexus,Smyrna, to find the exhaust leak needed a bolt tightened (that was visibly hanging) - rather than the $1356.50 repair (Nissan South) and emergency brake required adjustment - $220(Nissan South). I have attempted to resolve this with Mr. Ralph Gray, Service Manager and with Chad Morse, Fixed Operations Director. The only resolution offered was a refund of the $99.00 diagnostic fee for the fraudulent recommendations. They refused to produce proof of the completed repairs as necessary. BBB-Atlanta and Governor's Ofc of Consumer Affairs have alerts for this company. A consumer warning against this facility might save future victims from their fraudulent service recommendations.

For 3 years I visited the Tires Plus in Buford, Ga off Sardis Church Rd. I started questioning the service and honesty after having brakes replaced multiple times. Each time they told me something else was wrong. So I had rotors replaced, brakes were still bad. Went back they said now I needed new calibers,brakes were still bad. Went back again, they said one of the calibers was faulty and needed replacing. My brakes were still now working properly but at this point I had given up assuming it was just old car. Once I started having tire and brakes problem not long after this I went to another shop. I also began looking up my tires plus history to share with the new mechanics. They showed me that not all the calibers were changed (despite me telling tires plus repeatedly that my brakes were not working). And that everything needed to be replaced again. They took me to the back to show me. As I looked at my service history not only did feel I was scammed on work done on my car, but I had purchased a total of 8 tires in 2 to 3 year span (with road hazard) and was now on tires again 9 and 10. Not only is that a ridiculous short time needing tires but they never once gave me free or discount for the road hazard. I have contacted their corporate office. I received one email saying someone would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear back from them. I will say the manager at the location eventually offered to repay the calipers but since the job was not done fully and properly as well as the tire situation I didn't feel this was fair.

I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

repairing a major oil leak and installing a new transmission in my BMW 750Li…… it was in the hands of a real pro…… The car runs like it did when it was brand new and I am delighted beyond description. Thank you a thousand times over for holding it’s repair to your personal high standards, insisting that it be perfect, rather than just “good enough”. The oil plug fell out of my car while I was driving, and my engine needed to be rebuilt due to the damage that it sustained. Tim was the worst mechanic that I have ever worked with. He originally told me that it would take about a week and cost me around $2,500, and he ended up having my car for 5-6 weeks and charging me $3,800. I'm not blaming him for the increased cost and extra time, because I understand how those things go. However, when I started questioning some of his extra charges, like $800 for a machine shop that he allegedly had to take parts to, he refused to show me a receipt (which he is legally not obligated to do), and then got very defensive and started bullying me. I never said I wouldn't pay him, but he told me that I had to pay in either cash or a money order because he didn't trust that my check wouldn't bounce, even though I had already paid him over $2,000 in checks that cleared without a problem. He threatened to sue me several times and called me an immature child, all because I wanted to see a receipt for the machine shop. Before we started having our disagreements, Tim kept telling me how he appreciated my trust, and I now believe that he appreciated it so much because he saw it as an opportunity to take advantage of me. He even went so far as to ask me what my credit score was, and then propositioned me to co-sign a business loan with him. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. Personal problems aside, my car ran perfectly before Tim did work on it. Since I got it back, I have had problems with the transmission skipping, as well as with the electrical system. When I informed him of the transmission problem, he was defensive again and claimed that it had nothing to do with the work he did. I would never let Tim work on my car again, and I would advise everyone I know to avoid utilizing his services as well. I am very disappointed with this business and mechanic.
