A friend of mine recommended Nicks Wrenches to me. Said he was the best and honest too. I had a 1994 Toyota 4Runner in need of repair. It was constantly running hot and I couldn't take it anywhere without carrying a jug of water with me. I didn't have much money so I kept putting having it repaired off. Finally, I broke down and called Nick. I took it to him and got a sense that he was indeed an honest man, hard to find now days in the mechanic field. Not only is he honest, but he knows a heck of a lot about cars. He ended up having to replace my radiator and a few other things. It ran great after that and I felt he gave me a very fair price. After that, with my SUV being so old, I kept having to take it back for other various repairs. The last time I drove that SUV was when I took my ex husband to the airport. He was moving to San Francisco. On the way back, my SUV broke down. Nick had someone tow it to his shop. I forgot what it was this time but he repaired it. When pulling out of his shop, my brake line broke. This was the end of my beloved 4Runner. Nick was in the process of re constructing the brake line when he told me it was best if I sell it because it was starting to be one thing after another. I took his advice. Nick let me keep my truck at his shop until it sold. He also lent me a car he had that he occasionally lent out to customers so I could get back and forth to work. My truck finally sold. I will be forever grateful to Nick and all he did to help me. I have a new car now, but I know if I ever need any work done, he's the one I want working on my car. Thank you Nick for all that you did to help me. I will always be grateful!!

The sales team seemed good but unfortunately now that I've dealt with their service department I understand why most experienced RVers avoid camping world at all costs. Ended up being sold a trailer with quite a few problems. At first I requested an appointment for a few minor problems. Had a manager ask me what the issues were and then never heard from them again even after trying to follow up. Eventually has worse issues arise including a water leak in my walls that resulted in black mold in my walls. They took several months to fix my trailer, during this time they were extremely unresponsive unless I could get them physically on the phone. At every step of the way I was told they couldn't give me an estimate of when they'd be done because it always depended on the next step. At one point I contacted the manufacturer to ask why a fix had not been approved (that I had been told for almost a month camping world was waiting on manufacturer approval) they informed me they had no record of the fix request. When I finally received my trailer back it was returned with two worse leaks that immediately flooded my RV. When I brought it back they told me they aren't responsible for the care of my trailer while it's on their lot so all damage was my responsibility. To add insult to injury I was informed that they had flushed my black tank to be able to test the plumbing fix, I found out when setting up my RV at the campground that what that really meant was they opened the tank while the sewage line was still capped and then closed it again and when I tried to connect the line I got actual sewage dumped on me. I will now have to take it to court (which several lawyers and my insurance company has advised that I do) to get my money back that I had to pay them for the damage caused by their neglected care of my RV. I will not be returning for any future work on my RV and will purchase new RVs elsewhere. If you have bought an RV from them and need warranty work please know you DO NOT have to take your RV back to the original dealership. Call your manufacturer and they will give you a list of shops that accept warranty work, and will definitely give you better customer service and take better care of your RV

Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush .
