NEVER GO HERE!! This is a poor excuse for a car audio shop. We had two... read more NEVER GO HERE!! This is a poor excuse for a car audio shop. We had two amplifiers and some speakers installed here on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They wired both 400 watt amps back into the factory speaker wires under the dash, and used but connectors to tie it all together. When the system started acting up, we took it to another shop to fix. They said it looked like a high school kid with no experience wired it all up. We paid Bass Station $300 for the install (brought them all the equipment), and they might have used $30 worth of wires. There are plenty of good shops out there, find one of them.

Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!
